How long does it take before I receive my order?
All orders will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of the order (on working days). Approximate delivery time:
Europe: 2 – 7 days
Rest of World: 5 – 21 days

What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control, please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us (email@example.com) for lost packages.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight, size and destination of the products. All orders will be handled as packages.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time before we dispatch. Please contact our customer service once you have decided to cancel your order (firstname.lastname@example.org). You will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel before the shipment was processed by Space Pirate Recordings. If we have already shipped your package, please wait for delivery and return the package to receive a refund. In this case you will have to pay for the return shipping and packaging costs.
Can I return download product?
We do not accept returns of CDs, vinyl, downloadable products or event tickets. We do offer a return policy on all clothing items.
I’ve received a damaged item!
If you receive a damaged product, please make a picture and email your details to email@example.com. In this case we will cover your return shipping costs, plus a new shipment.
I want to return my purchased item(s)
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), you can return them to us within 14 days after the initial order date. You will have to pay for shipping and packaging fees yourself. If you decide to return your purchase, the product(s) need to be in perfect condition or we will not be able to give you a refund! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return a product.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept payments by credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Maestro and Visa). All our payments are processed securely using Mollie. No card details will be stored on our servers. Besides credit and debit cards, we also accept iDEAL, PayPal, Bank transfer and Bitcoin payments.
The total amount of your purchase, including postage and packaging (if applicable), will be charged in Euros and converted to your currency at the current rate of your card issuer.
My payment is complete, but I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail.
Depending on your payment method, it may take a while before the payment is fully processed. Also make sure to check your spam folder. If you believe something went wrong, please contact us at email@example.com
In which currency are the prices of the products?
All the prices on the web site are in Euros (€). If you pay with a credit card, your card company will automatically convert the amount in Euros to your own currency.
I must pay import duties, how come?
Although we always do our utmost to avoid it, some packages are being charged with Duties. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it: it just comes with international shipping. Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees that may be assessed in connection with international shipping. If assessed, these charges are levied after your package leaves our possession and are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs Office, the shipping company, or others. Rejecting an order due to duties, taxes, or fees does not entitle you to a refund from us and may not avoid the duties, taxes, or fees.
